Welcome to Versa Forge LLP. By accessing or using our website ("Website") and services ("Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

These Terms govern your use of our Website and Services, including but not limited to SEO, digital marketing, web development, and content creation.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or terminate any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes, and users waive any claims against Versa Forge LLP regarding such modifications.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, trademarks, designs, and proprietary material displayed on this Website are the exclusive property of Versa Forge LLP. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Website, Services, or intellectual property without our explicit written permission. Violation of this clause may lead to legal consequences, including monetary damages.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

4. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Fees for Services must be paid as per the agreed terms. Failure to make timely payments will result in immediate suspension or termination of Services.
  • Clients are required to make an advance payment of 70% of the total project cost before the work begins. In special cases, a minimum of 50% advance payment may be accepted at Versa Forge LLP’s sole discretion.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before project completion or as per the agreed payment milestone schedule. Failure to pay the remaining balance will result in withholding of project deliverables, and additional late fees may be applied.
  • All payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances unless explicitly stated in a written agreement signed by both parties.
  • Versa Forge LLP reserves the right to revise pricing, payment structures, and terms without prior notice.

5. PAYMENT POLICY (Aligned with Google & PayPal Standards)

5.1 Payment Methods & Processing

  • We accept payments via PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers, UPI, and Net Banking.
  • All transactions processed through our website are secured using SSL encryption to protect payment information.
  • Payments must be made in full or in advance as per the agreed terms before the commencement of any services.
  • Recurring payments (if applicable) are automatically deducted as per the agreed billing cycle.

5.2 Currency & Taxes

  • All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise.
  • International transactions will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and any applicable conversion fees shall be borne solely by the client.
  • All prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, which will be added during checkout, where applicable. Any tax liability arising due to international payments will be the responsibility of the client.

5.3 Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds will be issued once the service has commenced, including cases where the client decides to discontinue services mid-project.
  • A refund request may be submitted within 24 hours of payment, subject to Versa Forge LLP’s approval. However, a minimum administrative fee of 30% of the total project cost will be deducted in case of approved cancellations.
  • In cases of double payment or accidental transactions, users must report the issue within 48 hours for a resolution, failing which no adjustments will be made.
  • Cancellations made after the work has begun are not eligible for refunds, and the full payment will be due as per the agreement.

5.4 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Any chargebacks or payment disputes initiated through PayPal, banks, or credit card providers without prior communication with Versa Forge LLP will be considered fraudulent and may result in legal action.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and Versa Forge LLP will take necessary legal steps to recover unpaid dues, including reporting to credit agencies.

5.5 Service Suspension for Non-Payment

  • If a scheduled payment fails or remains unpaid beyond 7 days from the due date, Versa Forge LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately.
  • Late payments will incur a penalty fee of 5% per month on the outstanding amount, which must be cleared before reactivation of services.

5.6 Compliance with Google & PayPal Guidelines

  • Versa Forge LLP strictly follows Google’s Payment Policies to ensure transparency in billing and compliance with digital advertising guidelines.
  • Transactions made via PayPal adhere to PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy, and Versa Forge LLP does not process payments for prohibited activities as listed in PayPal’s guidelines.
  • Customers using PayPal must ensure their accounts are verified and in good standing to avoid transaction delays or rejections.

6. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Versa Forge LLP is not responsible for any business losses, SEO ranking changes due to algorithm updates, or third-party policy changes that affect services. Versa Forge LLP shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.
