VersaForge is a service-based company offering custom digital marketing solutions. Due to the nature of our work, we have a strict no refund policy once services are initiated or delivered.

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds on any of our services, including but not limited to SEO, website design, digital marketing, and consultation.
Payments made for retainers, custom packages, or one-time services are final.

Cancellations:

You may cancel a service prior to the project start or before any work has been commenced. Please notify us in writing at info@versa-forge.com at least 48 hours in advance.
If the work has already started or any portion of the service has been delivered, cancellation will not be possible.
For recurring services (e.g., monthly SEO), cancellation must be requested 7 days before the next billing cycle.

We value transparency and encourage clients to reach out before purchasing with any questions or clarifications.
